Terms of Service

By engaging OnCall Property Care ("we", "our", or "us") for any services, you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services.

We provide property maintenance and trades services including but not limited to general repairs, plumbing, electrical, and painting across South Australia. The scope of each engagement will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Quotes are based on information provided at the time of request. Additional costs may arise if the scope of work changes.
• We will seek your written approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original quoted scope.
• GST is included in all quoted amounts unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Overdue invoices may attract interest at a rate of 2% per month.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding overdue balances.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee to cover costs already incurred.

We warrant that all work will be carried out by licensed and qualified tradespeople to a professional standard, in accordance with applicable Australian standards.

Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

• Provide accurate and complete information about the property and the work required.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
• Advise us of any known hazards on the property prior to commencement.

All job reports, photographs, and documentation we produce remain the property of OnCall Property Care but are licensed to you for your property management purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
